All Sales Are Final

At Woo Woodworks, each piece is individually hand-carved and uniquely crafted. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. 

Every sculptures is created with care and inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our highest standards of quality.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the item and packaging.

While we cannot offer replacement (as each piece is unique), we will work with you and the shipping carrier to determine a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund-full refund.

Custom Commissions

All commissioned or custom-designed pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances
